Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess professional experience in business analysis and test plan management. Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is mandatory, with banking experience and knowledge of Agile methodologies considered advantageous.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • The business analyst is an interlocutor between several areas of the business.

 

  • Administration & support
  • Closing calendar coordination;
  • Reference data management;
  • Data production monitoring and control;
  • 1st level of support to end-users;
  • Documentation management;
  • Operational permanent controls execution.

 

  • Project management
  • Provide support to LS team on project management related tasks;
  • Test plan definition, execution and validation;
  • Documentation management (validation statement, release note, data model, etc.);
  • Operational permanent controls execution.

Qualifications and Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, Accounting, Finance or other relevant area;
  • Relevant professional experience as a business analyst / functional analyst (administration & support) is mandatory;
  • Relevant professional experience in test plan definition, execution and validation is mandatory;
  • Proficiency in SQL is mandatory;
  • Proficiency in Power BI is mandatory;
  • Knowledge of SAS Enterprise Guide is a plus;
  • Knowledge of JIRA is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Previous banking experience is a plus.

Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in English (C1) is mandatory;
  • Proficiency in French is a plus.he
