THE WORK:​ 

Are you ready to kickstart your career in a dynamic and innovative environment? Join our team where you'll have the chance to make a real impact! As a Junior Business Analyst, you will assist in analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and providing data-driven insights to enhance our Oracle applications. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a degree in Human Resources, Finance or a related field who are eager to develop their skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticketing:• Monitor and prioritize incoming support tickets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues/
  • Escalate complex tickets as necessary.
  • Gather, Validate and Translate Needs: Collect and document business requirements to ensure everyone’s on the same page. Understand and convert customer needs into practical solutions for long-term success.
  • Model & Improve: Map out business processes and spot opportunities for making things better.
  • Identify & Analyze: Pinpoint issues and risks in existing solutions, highlighting benefits and impacts of proposed changes.
  • Create Specs: Develop functional specifications for new solutions that meet our business needs.
  • Test & Implement: Get hands-on in testing solutions and supporting their implementation.

Qualifications/ About You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting / HR, or a related field
  • You have a strong interest in Technology.
  • You’re proactive and ready to tackle challenges head-on, learning from every experience.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can present confidently in front of clients, both in person and virtually.
  • You understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you are able to adapt and cope with challenges.

Nice to have:

  • Double degree in Computer Science.
  • Familiarity with Oracle applications is a plus.
  • End to end experience of the Product lifecycle with experience of testing the developed solution to ensure it meets requirements and expectations
