Adventure Ready Brands is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer who enjoys bringing brands to life and is excited to grow their design skills in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll support the development and execution of creative materials across our brands, with a strong focus on packaging and print production, as well as digital advertising, e-commerce, social media, and other marketing materials. You’ll work closely with Brand Management, Marketing, Quality, and other teams to make sure projects are accurate, on brand, and completed on time. This is a great opportunity for a designer who enjoys working on a variety of projects, staying organized, managing deadlines, and taking pride in getting the details right. What You’ll Do: Print Packaging Support Execute artwork updates and revisions to existing packaging, including copy changes, version updates, and updates across multiple sizes or formats. Work with Brand Management and Quality to confirm packaging and product materials meet required copy, regulatory, and specification standards before release. Prepare print-ready files for packaging, labels, catalogs, sell sheets, trade show materials, and other printed materials, following established specifications, dealines, and brand guidelines. Digital Assets & File Management Create and edit digital content for websites, e-commerce, social media, and other digital channels. Assist with product photography, image editing, retouching, and image manipulation. Create mock-ups, prototypes, and digital renderings to support reviews, sales presentations, and approvals. Maintain working files, product images, digital assets, and other creative files so information is accurate, organized, and easy to access. Workflow & Collaboration Manage multiple projects, deadlines, revisions, and requests while keeping work organized and moving forward. Support Brand Management and Marketing in maintaining consistent visual identity across assigned brands. Communicate project status, questions, priorities, and timing with Brand Management, Marketing, Sales, Quality, and other teams. Work collaboratively with internal teams and respond positively to direction and feedback. Identify questions, potential issues, or missing information early and work with the appropriate team to resolve them. Why Adventure Ready Brands? Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone who brings: Attention to Detail & Accuracy — Produces accurate, polished work and catches errors, even when working quickly or managing multiple projects. Organization, Prioritization & Communication — Manages multiple projects, deadlines, revisions, and competing requests; prioritizes work effectively and communicates clearly across teams. Creative Problem Solving & Collaboration — Takes direction, asks good questions, works through design challenges, responds well to feedback, and collaborates with others to find effective solutions. In addition: Degree or coursework in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field preferred. 0–2 years of graphic design experience, including internships, school projects, freelance work, or other relevant experience. Portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and design work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Basic understanding of print and digital production. Strong computer aptitude and ability to learn new tools and processes.
